Health Insurance

Many of our services are covered by health insurance. Please check with your individual carrier prior to your visit. We have a full time staff of billing experts ready to help you gather as much information as you need to make this process as easy as possible.



Fees and Cancellations

It is expected that fees for office visits and procedures be paid at the time services be rendered. If you cannot keep an appointment, please try to inform us as soon as possible. 

A 24-hour cancellation notice is required, otherwise a $20 fee will be charged, for which you will be personally responsible. Please have a credit card number ready when we call to setup your first appointment.
