We have chosen not to participate in any insurance companies to allow us to focus more time on paying attention to our patients. We are not in your insurance network, you may still be entitled to reimbursement by submitting an out-of-network claim.
Before your visit, please call your insurance company to ask about your out-of-network benefits, deductibles, and whether any prior authorization is required. Each company handles out-of-network claims differently, so it is important to understand their specific process.
Following your appointment, we will provide you with a detailed Superbill containing all the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance. Apps like “Reimbursify” and “Better” can streamline the submission process by allowing you to upload your Superbill and file directly for reimbursement. Here are helpful links:
